Som led i Aalborg Portland Nordic & Baltic Graduate Programme leder vi efter en nyuddannet ingeniør eller maskinmester til afdelingen for vedligehold af vores cementproduktion i Aalborg.

Læring gennem job rotationer

Vores toårige graduate program består af tre rotationer til forskellige afdelinger i virksomheden, med det formål at udfordre og udvikle dig professionelt samt personligt gennem on-the-job training og direkte ansvar. Du vil blive certificeret inden for Lean Six Sigma samt specialiserede kurser inden for cement og samtidig indgå i projekter og teams bestående af teknikere, ledere og stabsfunktioner. For at sikre den målrettede læring og udvikling vil du samtidig få mulighed for karrierevejledning samt en personlig udviklingsplan. Der ud over vil du få etableret gode relationer og netværk inden for virksomheden.

Stillingen

Til vores afdeling for vedligehold søger vi en ambitiøs kandidat til at deltage i udviklingen af en forebyggende og tilstandsbaseret tilgang til vedligehold. Du vil få ansvar for flere forskellige forbedringsprojekter og aktiviteter, samt deltage i planlægning, udførsel og opfølgning på generelt vedligehold.

I denne rolle får du mulighed for at planlægge og have indflydelse på din karriereudvikling med fokus på potentiel ledelse og/eller projektledelse i fremtiden.

De primære ansvarsområder inkluderer:

  • Løbende forbedringsaktiviteter baseret på Lean Six Sigma metodikken
  • Ledelse af og deltagelse i projekter på tværs af cementproduktionen
  • Forebyggende og tilstandsbaseret vedligehold, herunder
    • Samarbejde med produktionen omkring vedligeholdelsesprojekter og investeringer
    • Brug af vedligeholdelsessystemer til planlægning, implementering og eksekvering af aktiviteter og praksis
    • Sikre overensstemmelse mellem vedligeholdelsesbehov og produktionsmål
  • Samarbejde med Production Support & Processes omkring projekter og investeringer
  • Definition og implementering af KPIer og nøgletal baseret på EU-standarder

Din primære arbejdsplads er i Aalborg. I forbindelse med graduaterprogrammet vil der være rejseaktivitet.

Du vil referere til Maintenance Manager Jan Nygaard.

Den rigtige kandidat

Du er nyuddannet eller snarligt nyuddannet mekanisk ingeniør, maskinmester eller lignende, og det vil være en fordel hvis du kender til forebyggende og tilstandsbaseret vedligehold. Vi forventer, at du er færdiguddannet pr. 1/9 2017.

Vi forventer, at kandidaterne har følgende kompetencer og kvalifikationer:

  • Struktureret og analytisk tilgang til arbejdet med vedligehold
  • Evner at optræde ydmygt i professionel sammenhæng uden at være konfliktsky
  • Stærkt fokus på implementering og praktiske implikationer i projektledelse og aktiviteter
  • Være ambitiøs med egen karriere, og evne at være tålmodig. Hos os kan det betale sig at være vedholdende, ansvarsfuld og åben omkring egne ambitioner
  • Taler dansk og gerne engelsk – begge sprog anvendes i virksomheden. Dansk er obligatorisk for denne stilling

As part of the Aalborg Portland Nordic & Baltic Graduate Program, we are looking for a newly graduated engineer or marine engineer for the maintenance department at our cement plant in Aalborg

Two years of accelerated learning with job rotations

Our two-year graduate programme consists of three rotations within the company, designed to challenge and boost your professional and personal skills through on-the-job training and hands-on responsibility. You will receive a Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification and a crash course in cement, and you will become involved in project work and join a core team from both the technical and business management functions. To ensure that your learning progresses, you will also get career guidance and a personal development plan. Additionally, you will be associated with leaders across our organisation depending on your track.

The position

For our maintenance department in Aalborg, we are looking for an ambitious candidate to participate in the development and establishment of a new preventive and predictive approach to maintenance. As a graduate in maintenance, you will be given responsibility for various improvement activities and projects, as well as participate in the planning and execution of maintenance activities.

In this role, you will be given the opportunity to plan and influence your own career path, focusing on potential management or project management position in the future.

Primary areas of responsibility and tasks include:

  • Continuous improvement activities based on Lean Six Sigma methodologies. You will receive training and certification in Lean Six Sigma as part of the graduate program
  • Managing and participating in projects at the plant
  • Preventive and predictive maintenance, including:
    • Cooperation with production unit concerning maintenance projects and investments
    • Use of maintenance systems for planning and implementation of activities and practices
    • Integration of maintenance demands and production needs
  • Cooperation with the Production Support and Process unit concerning projects and investments
  • The definition and deployment of KPI and key figures based on EU-standards

You will work at the cement plant in Aalborg. As part of the graduate program, some travel is expected. You will report directly to Maintenance Manager Jan Nygaard.

The right candidate

The right candidate will have recently graduated as marine engineer, mechanical engineer or similar technical education. Knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance is a plus.

Furthermore, we expect candidates to:

  • Apply a structured and analytical approach to working in maintenance
  • Be modest, yet not shy away from professional discussions
  • Have a strong focus on implementation when driving projects and initiatives
  • Be ambitious yet patient. With us, it pays to be tenacious with your responsibilities and open about your professional ambitions
  • Master Danish and/or English – both languages are company languages. Danish is mandatory for this position
